Playing Outside

The weather has been so nice lately that we have been spending our afternoons outside. Whenever you ask Noah if he wants to go outside, he will start screaming "oouuu daaa" until you take him outside. We have learned not to ask him if he wants to go, until we are actually heading out the door.

This is as close to walking as he gets right now. Sometimes, he will push the hippo while on his feet but only a few steps.

Holding the bubbles. He loves me to blow them, but only so he can play with the cap. He doesn't seem to interested in the bubbles yet. He also likes to hand them to me and then take them back and repeat this over and over.

Playing in the "wa wa". In this case it means wagon, it can also mean water, and probably a few other things.

It was a little cooler on this day, but the way he props his feet up and just chills out in his wagon cracks me up.

So Happy to be outside.

Birthday Party

Saturday was Noah's first birthday party. We had about 25 family members "swing" by for our Monkey themed birthday party. Our friend Jeremy took a lot of pictures of the action and I haven't received those yet from him, so these are just some of the pictures from my camara. Most of them are from before and after the party. I will be posting more once I get them.

Noah was a little overwhelmed by all the attention and wasn't in the best mood. I guess we threw a lot at him at once. We thank everyone for coming and for the wonderful gifts that you brought. He is enjoying them all.

Yes, you will see two outfits in these pictures. The cupcake outfit was made by Eric's mom. Noah looked precious in it, but we are going to get his picture taken in it next week and I didn't want it to get messed up with cake and such. Therefore, you will also see a monkey shirt on him that I had made so he could match the theme of his party.

Lookin a little worried at what is about to happen.

Thanks Gammy, I love my outfit and I know I look cute.

Grama entertained me before the party started and taught me a new word. Baaabbbooon!!! (balloon)

This pretty much sums up the attitude of the day.

Mrs. Kristy made me this yummy, precious cake.

Havin fun with my PawPaw

Finally some smiles!!!

LSU vs Florida Game

October 10th was the biggest game in Tiger Stadium in a long time. #1 Florida came to town to play #4 LSU. Eric and I were lucky to have Gammy and Poppy come in to watch Noah so we could go to the game and tailgate all day. Unfortunately it was a rainy yucky day and LSU lost the game, but we had a great time regardless.

Thanks Gammy and Poppy!!!

Ral, Ral

Noah learned a new word and some new things about himself. He is learning new things everyday and is so much fun right now.

** Note: He can say Momma, but chooses to not say it when asked. STINKER.

* We are working on other body parts besides those three, but I think these are his favorites.

Learning Every Day

It is so much fun for Eric and I to watch Noah learn new things every day. One of the many new things that he learned is how to stack his donuts. He spends so much time doing it, and doesn't quit until he has it done. It is not always in the right order, but he knows that blue comes first, and then he just starts sticking them on. As you can see, he is very serious when he is working this puzzle.

One more then I am done.

I did it, now let me take them off and start again.

Blue, Green, Yellow...

What's just as fun as a new wagon?

THE BOX!!!

It's even fun, when you flatten it, and crawl over it REALLY fast.

My New Wagon

Every little boy needs a wagon, and every Mommy and Daddy need a wagon to go bring their little Tiger tailgating. Therefore, Noah got an early birthday present from Mommy and Daddy. He hasn't been tailgating yet, but he will. For now, he loves riding in his wagon.

This is cool, can we take it outside.

Hold on tight!!!

These straps are yummy!!!

This is fun.

Chillin...

Playing with Raleigh

Noah is turning out to be such a sweetie and thinks Raleigh is the best thing ever. Today he was "throwing" the ball for Raleigh, then this evening he would crack up when Raleigh would take the ball out of his hand. They played well together for a little while then Raleigh had enough and didn't want to play anymore but Noah wasn't done yet.

Here Raleigh, want this?

How about now?

Good doggie

Bathtime

As soon as he hears the water running, he comes tearing through the house to get to the bathtub so he can stand on the side of it and play.

Cute little clean bunny rabbit

Fun with a Box

They always say that kids like the wrapping paper and the box more than the toy in it. Well that seems to be true in the Roan house. I am not sure who had more fun with the box, Daddy or Noah.
Poppin a wheelie

Faster, Daddy, Faster

Takin a ride with Baby Tad

Daddy let me in. I want to see what's going on in there too.

Oh, there you are.

Waiting for Daddy

The other day when I knew Eric was close to being home we went to the window the wait for him. Noah was looking out and then he started saying Dadadada and then whining. I guess he knew that Daddy would be coming home soon. He loves his Daddy so much.
