Since he was about 16 months old, he has liked to work puzzles. I bought him this ABC puzzle and he can do it all by himself now without any help. He even says A-apple and P-pear and a few others while he is doing it. I make him sit at the table to do this puzzle because if not, the pieces would end up all over the house. He loves all his pe-pe's (puzzles) and asks to play with them all the time. I am thinking he is going to be very analytical just like his Daddy and I. We might need some help with those Social Studies projects in the future, but Math and Science we should all be OK.

ABCs and Puzzles
I posted the other day, that Noah knows all his numbers from 1 to 10. He can now say his ABCs too. He skips F,H,N and Q most of the time, but I think that is because they are hard for him to say. He knows all his uppercase letters by sight and we are working on the sounds they make.

Me and my new Friend
Noah has been playing with his stuffed animals a lot lately. So when I saw this giant monkey at Sam's yesterday I just couldn't pass it up. He loves it, and played with it all day. He tackles it, lays on it, and gives it sips of milk. It is fun to watch his little imagination grow. He likes me to make it dance so he can dance along with it. He likes me to make it do a flip so he can do one next. He plays pretend more and more now and likes to make his stuffed animals do all sorts of things.
Aquarium
Last Friday, Noah, Ba-ba, Sissy (Kristin) and I went to see the fee-fees (fishies) in New Orleans. We had a good time. Noah wasn't that interested in the fish. He showed a little interest in the turtles and the penguins, but had the most fun just running around. I had bought him a monkey backpack, whose tail could be used as a handle for Noah. In other words, I bought him a leash, but it was very necessary because he likes to just go, with no regard for where I am. He wasn't too sure about his leash, but it helped him be mobile so he got used to it.
They had a little playground in the upstairs part, and he had a great time climbing on the oyster and turtle.
4th of July
We spent a wonderful 4th of July with the entire Roan crew at Toledo Bend. All of MeMa's children were able to make it down, along with a few of Eric's cousins and their kids. There were people there that I had never met, but had a great time with. All three of us thouroughly enjoyed ourselves. Noah wore himself out everyday, along with about 5 other people who switched off chasing him around. He never stopped moving, and loved being outside with his family. He got along great with his cousins and was saying everybody's name by the end of the weekend. It was a blast, and we look forward to doing it again next year.

Eric and MaMe (Noah gets this one backwards, but he loves his MeMa)

Worn out, and this is just the end of day 1.

Eric and Uncle Damian

Krisu (Krista) and Mimi (which Noah could say perfectly)

So thirsty

Being a little boy. Playing in the rocks and the dirt.

Noah and GiGi (Gammy). It is a laugh in the family that the only other boy cousin, Drew, is the only one to call her GiGi. He always said Noah had to call her GiGi too, since he was the only other boy. Amazingly enough, that is what he calls her. We have always referred to her as Gammy, but he chose to follow Drew and call her GiGi.

Poppy, Didee, and Nah

Oh my!!!
