Fishing with Daddy

Since we moved into this house Eric and Noah have been fishing off the bank across the street from the house.  Eric wanted to venture farther so he began looking for a pond boat so he could take Noah to other parts of the lake.  Well he finally found one on Craigslist a few weeks ago.  I am not sure who was more eager to go out in it, Noah or Eric.  This morning they finally were able to take it out in the water.  Noah got right in the boat and was ready to go.  I hope he will always love fishing with his Daddy, because it sure makes his Daddy happy.

Paw Paw is 60!

PawPaw turned 60 last week and we gathered last Saturday to celebrate.  Noah and Avery helped Baba decorate a cake.  While they both enjoyed doing this, Avery really enjoyed it, and ended up wearing more decorations than ended up on the cake.

She dumped the sprinkles all over the counter and then ate them off her hands one by one. 

Elliot Bathtime

Little man has been taking a bath in the "big boy" tub for some time now.  He likes it much better than he liked bathing on the coutertop.  In fact, he loves it.  It calms him, and he is very relaxed in the tub.  He just lays back and lets the water dump over him while he kicks and waves his arms around.
